New Millennium Trust employs experienced in-house lawyers and legal assistants who handle the various legal aspects of corporate administration. For example we offer the services of a corporate secretary, to draw up and file all reports required for compliance with the authorities, to maintain corporate records, including the Shareholders' Register and the minutes of meetings, organise shareholders' meetings, and liaise with the client's tax, legal and accounting advisers.
