Company Formation & International Tax Structuring
The incorporation of a new company or creation of a corporate structure is often the starting point of our relationship with clients. We incorporate new companies and sell shelf companies to clients worldwide, through our world wide network. In addition, we help clients structure their corporate holdings in order to optimise their tax situation. The precise construction will depend on clients' geographic situation, as well as the prevailing tax laws of the jurisdiction(s) in question, and is determined in close consultation with tax lawyers.

Once the client's corporate structures are in place, New Millennium Trust is able to guide them through all the necessary administrative procedures thanks to our excellent contacts with local authorities and solid knowledge of local rules and regulations. We can take care of registration with the local chamber of commerce, the central bank and the social security and tax authorities.

Management Services in Switzerland, the UK and the Netherlands Antilles
New Millennium Trust can provide managerial services on a contractual basis. The exact responsibilities are usually set out in a management agreement with the client. New Millennium Trust’s acting company directors are eminently qualified for their role on account of their ample experience in a similar position within companies. Moreover, they are subject to a careful screening process before being entrusted with these corporate responsibilities.

The management services offered by New Millennium Trust cover:

  • Corporate execution
  • Power of attorney
  • Company representation
