In the Netherlands the sector is supervised by the Dutch Central Bank and is obliged to comply with the Act on the Supervision of Trust Offices (“Wtt”), the Act for The Prevention on Money Laundering and the Financing of Terrorism (“WWFT”) and the Sanctions Act 1977 (“Sanctiewet 1977”). |
